We want you to be 100% happy with the products you received from DE2. However, if you notice a problem with your order please contact us as soon as possible.
As a small business we only ask you cover the returns postage fee and we only accept returns that are due to a quality fault or you wish to replace with a different size.
Here are a few pointers to help ensure your returns request gets processed as quickly as possible:
Quote your full name and order or invoice number so we can easily identify you and your order.
Send us a photo of the problem. This helps us to quickly understand what has gone wrong so we can solve problems as quickly as possible.
For orders that need a replacement sending, we will process this as quickly as possible, usually within 5 days or less.
